In Dubai, Aldar has sold over 660 residences at Verdes by Haven within 72 hours of the project’s launch

Aldar Properties announced today that within 72 hours of the project’s launch, over 660 apartments at Verdes by Haven—part of the Haven by Aldar masterplan in Dubai—had been sold. This marks Aldar’s debut project in Dubai, developed in partnership with Dubai Holding.

Aldar’s sales events generated over AED 1 billion, with 83% of sales to foreign buyers and expatriate residents. British, Indian, and Egyptian buyers lead the international market, underscoring Dubai’s appeal as a prime location for relocation and investment.

The remaining 17% of sales went to UAE nationals, who also showed significant interest in the development. 

Among the buyers, 72% are male and 28% are female. Additionally, 56% of purchasers are under 45 years old, and 88% are first-time homeowners, reflecting Aldar’s expanding domestic and international clientele.

Construction of the development is set to begin in Q1 2025.
